Description

This separator has been designed for separating animal blood into plasma and concentrate.

It is equipped with a solid wall bowl that has to be dismantled for manual cleaning. An electrical safety device ensures that the machine can only be dismantled at complete bowl standstill.

The product is fed into the integrated balance tank which is equipped with a float device. The heavy phase as well as the light phase are discharged from the machine via open ports. The product connections are designed according to DIN 11851. The machine is driven by a 3-phase AC motor via a centrifugal clutch and a flat belt. The cast iron frame is varnished in RAL 3000, red.

All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel. FDA approved materials are available for the seals.
