Description
This separator has been designed for separating animal blood into plasma and concentrate.
The self-cleaning bowl makes the machine suitable for fully automatic cleaning-inplace. Opening and closing of the bowl for discharging the solids takes place hydraulically using water.
The product is fed into the machine through a closed-line system. A centripetal pump discharges the heavy phase in a closed system. Feed and discharge line for the light liquid phase are hermetically sealed against the rotating bowl. The product connections are designed according to ISO 2852 (TriClamp). The machine is driven by a 3-phase AC motor. All bearings are lubricated automatically from a central oil bath.

watch® system permits permanent monitoring of bearing condition and smooth rotation as a basis for targeted preventive maintenance.
The frame is made of cast iron and can be cladded with stainless steel alternatively. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel. The gaskets are made of rubber-elastic materials (elastomers).
