CE 205

On the occasion of the Anuga FoodTed 2006 Westfalia Separator is presenting the new gateway decanter model CE 205 with a capacity of up to 2m³/h.

Westfalia Separator introduces decanter technology for small-scale wine and juice producers<//b>
With its CE generation Westfalia Separator, Oelde/Germany, is setting new standards in terms of decanter technology for the wine and juice production. Unlike presses, these decanters, operating within the Westfalia Separator FRUPEX® and/or Westfalia Separator VINEX® process, allow continuous operation which will reduce the workload and, thus, the variable unit-based production cost while ensuring excellent product quality. On the occasion of the Anuga FoodTec 2006  Westfalia Separator is presenting the new gateway decanter model CE 205 with a capacity of up to 2 m3/h. The continuously operating scroll centrifuge was specially developed for medium-size plants.

Possibility of mobile application<//b>
The CE decanter series, systematically designed for functional integration, is intended to reduce the need for service operations through enhanced performance and to optimize successfully tried-and-tested features. Hence, the machine will provide excellent juice yields together with an attractive price-performance ratio, as well as high economic benefits through less space requirement, simple maintenance and service-friendly configuration.
With its CE 205 Westfalia Separator makes the decanter family benefits accessible to small-scale wine and juice producers. Moreover, due to its compact design, the decanter can even be used in a mobile station, e.g. for contract-based provider services. In addition to operating for mash processing, the decanter can also be applied for recovering product from tank sediments.
