Our processing installations are designed on a customised basis, taking account of the nature of the fuels and oils used. The design is influenced by various factors, for instance customised dimensions, viscosity, density and degree of contamination.

For instance, our separators are used for removing trace elements from fuels that cause corrosion during combustion. The reliable desalination of fuel oil and solids separation by our separators reduces the corrosion problems to the minimum level possible and ensures trouble-free operation.

Water, fines and other contaminants can considerably affect performance. In serious cases, there is the risk of unscheduled downtime or complete failure with consequences that very quickly can become extremely expensive. Our processing systems also ensure permanent safety and constantly high performance of continuously- operating, self-cleaning separators and of complete processing systems with a high degree of automation in every performance class.
