The corporate success of the GEA Westfalia Separator Group depends to a high degree on the performance of our suppliers. Our worldwide purchasing organization is therefore constantly looking for new high-performing suppliers which can effectively contribute to meeting our overriding corporate objective of customer satisfaction.
The supply management of GEA Westfalia Separator has a company-wide commodity management structure which operates with specialized purchasers on the procurement market to satisfy the needs of our customers.
Besides bundling company-wide requirements, the main task of purchasing is the strategic optimization of the procurement processes and the entire value creation chain. In addition, the supply management organization is responsible for moderating interdisciplinary commodity group teams for continuous cost reduction.
The purchasing department of GEA Westfalia Separator works in close cooperation with the supply management team of the GEA Group in Bochum.
