New structure of the GEA Group with effect from January 2010
With effect from January 1, 2010, the businesses of the former nine divisions, which were reported as two segments, have been regrouped into five segments without altering the overall portfolio of the group.
The new structure provides a clear alignment of technologies and applications within the group.
