Westfalia Separator^{® h}yvol^® proplus is a new generation of separators, which combines the outstanding performance properties of hyvol^® separators with the proplus system, resulting in a considerable increase in protein yield and a significant cost reduction.

The innovative Westfalia Separator^® procool process offers a high level of microbiological safety in cold milk skimming. The focus of this process is on energy saving, lower operating costs, and higher protein quality. The performance and skimming efficiency of the separators used are currently rivalled by no other cold milk skimming machine.

The Business Line Dairy Technology supplies not only stand-alone separators, decanters and ceramic membrane systems for integration into existing plants but also complete process lines for the production of various milk products, e. g. for the production of soft cheese and quark.
