Treatment of Industrial Fluids
GEA Westfalia Separator provides efficient solutions for processing used oil and industrial fluids. The use of industrial fluids such as cooling lubricants, cleaning liquids, lube and hydraulic oils can increase or lower costs for industry. Our separators and decanters process industrial fluids in parallel, extend operating lives by four to five times and reduce disposal costs dramatically.
Our separators, for instance, handle the processing of washing lyes that contain oil, and also oil recycling. Coolant emulsions and cooling lubricating oil are processed as inexpensively as hydraulic oil from which dirty particles and water have to be removed quickly and thoroughly. High separating efficiencies result in considerably longer service lives of the tools and liquids used. The separated solids can be disposed of inexpensively as a result of their high dry matter.

Waste oil processing
Our decanters used for processing waste oil separate all reusable components in various areas of application. Depending on the specific requirements, the 2-phase and 3-phase technology ensures high separating efficiencies for solids and water. The recovered oil is then a valuable fuel, for instance for generating electricity.
